Setting up your hosted portal

Turn on the partner portal, set a welcome message, and decide what partners see when they log in.

The hosted portal is where your partners sign up, pick missions, grab their tracked links, and track earnings. It's free to enable, fully on your brand, and live the second you toggle it on.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Dashboard → Portal.
  2. Toggle Enable portal.
  3. Your portal is now live at:
    • https://yourslug.traaaction.com (free, automatic)
    • https://traaaction.com/join/yourslug (alternate path)
    • https://partners.yourdomain.com (after CNAME — see Custom domain)

Add a welcome message

In the same page, write a short intro. It shows above the mission list. Keep it to 2–3 lines — who you are, what partners can earn, maybe one link to a deck or a rev-share grid.

What partners see

Partners land on your portal and see:

  • PUBLIC missions — visible to everyone. Self-serve sign-up. Good for creator-facing programs.
  • PRIVATE missions — hidden until you approve the partner manually. Good for vetted or B2B partnerships.

Missions set to INVITE_ONLY or scoped to a specific organization are not shown — those are delivered via direct invite.

Embed inside your marketing site

If you want the portal inside your existing site (e.g. /partners page), use the iframe snippet at Dashboard → Portal → Embed. Traaaction sets frame-ancestors * so the iframe loads from any origin.
